The Role: We are seeking an experienced Electrician or Instrumentation Technician to join our in-house plant team. In this role, you will specialize in building and wiring Custom OEM HVAC equipment and Industrial Control Panels.
What You’ll Do:
Installation & Wiring: Wire electrical equipment, focusing heavily on custom OEM HVAC units and industrial control panels.
Fabrication & Assembly: Build systems utilizing your mechanical skills, hand/power tools, and fabrication equipment.
Blueprint Reading: Read and interpret complex electrical schematics, blueprints, and manuals to ensure accurate assembly.
Quality Control & Documentation: Verify the quality of finished work using precision tools and log process data into our tracking systems.
Electrical Concepts: Have a thorough understanding of basic electrical concepts and is able to use that knowledge to troubleshoot.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: 5–10 years of proven experience is highly preferred. Must have direct experience with Industrial Control Panels.
Knowledge of electrical code and be well versed in NEC standards and practices as well as UL 508A for industrial control panels
Education: High School Diploma required. Candidates with an Associate Degree in Instrumentation who have industrial control panel experience are highly encouraged to apply.
Requirements: Valid Driver’s License, ability to lift up to 40 lbs, stand for long periods, and full range of motion.

The Role: Say goodbye to field service travel. We are looking for a skilled Refrigeration Technician to join our in-house production team. You will be stationed in our plant, focusing entirely on the assembly, fabrication, and troubleshooting of Custom OEM HVAC equipment.
What You’ll Do:
Assembly & Refrigeration: Build custom HVAC units and industrial refrigeration systems from the ground up, including installing compressors, coils, and condensers.
Piping & Brazing: Perform high-quality brazing, soldering, and pipefitting for refrigerant lines.
Technical Execution: Accurately read and follow P&IDs (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams) and blueprints.
Testing & Troubleshooting: Pressure test systems, check for leaks, evacuate, charge systems, and troubleshoot to ensure OEM standards are met before shipping.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: 5–10 years of refrigeration experience preferred.
Technical Skills: Strong general refrigeration knowledge (thermodynamics, refrigeration cycle, superheat/subcooling) and proficiency with brazing torches.
Certifications: EPA Universal Certification preferred.
Requirements: Ability to lift up to 40 lbs, stand for long periods, and excellent manual dexterity.

The Role: Are you organized but still like to get your hands dirty? We are seeking a versatile team member for a hybrid role handling Inventory Management and assisting with General Assembly.
What You’ll Do:
Inventory Management: Receive shipments, verify contents against packing slips, and organize warehouse stock. Accurately enter data into our inventory tracking system.
Kitting & Staging: Pull parts and build “kits” for our assembly teams to ensure daily production runs smoothly.
General Assembly: Step in to assist with the mechanical assembly of HVAC units and control panels using hand and power tools.
Shop Support: Maintain a clean workspace and assist with shipping and receiving logistics.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: Previous experience in warehouse/inventory control is required. Mechanical assembly experience is a massive plus.
Skills: Basic computer aptitude for data entry. Familiarity with standard hand tools. Forklift experience/certification is a bonus.

The Role: We are looking for an experienced Fabricator to take the helm of our CNC Press Brake and Laser Cutting machines. You will play a critical role in our manufacturing process, producing high-precision sheet metal parts for our custom equipment.
What You’ll Do:
Machine Operation: Set up and operate CNC Laser Cutters and Press Brakes to cut and bend sheet metal (steel, aluminum, stainless) to exact specifications.
Blueprint Reading: Interpret mechanical blueprints, fabrication drawings, and flat patterns to determine machine setup and complex bend sequences.
Quality Control: Inspect parts during production using calipers, protractors, and tape measures to ensure tight tolerances.
Maintenance & Handling: Safely load/unload heavy sheet metal and perform basic daily machine maintenance.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: 5–10 years of proven experience setting up and operating Press Brakes and/or CNC Lasers in a manufacturing setting.
Technical Skills: Deep understanding of bend allowances/deductions and precision measuring tools.
Requirements: Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs), stand for 10-hour shifts, and perform repetitive physical motions safely.
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Fab Shop Manager with a strong background in electrical engineering. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of our fabrication shop operations, including managing cross-functional teams, ensuring quality control, maintaining cost and schedule adherence, and driving continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of electrical systems, fabrication processes, and 3D CAD assembly drawings, along with exceptional leadership and communication skills.
Minimum Qualifications
Candidates must meet the following minimum qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree required; Engineering discipline preferred.
– Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering, fabrication shop management, or industrial manufacturing.
Experience Requirements
– The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas:
– Leading and managing multi-disciplinary shop floor teams.
– Overseeing procurement, sheet metal, painting, mechanical assembly, electrical assembly, controls, and programming operations.
– Reading and interpreting 3D CAD assembly drawings and technical documentation.
– Managing job cost control, project scheduling, and resource allocation.
– Implementing and maintaining quality control systems and shop floor standards.
